Rookie is a green penguin with red glasses, rep propeller cap, and a red flower shirt 

Rookie is a really silly person, and sometimes he gets confused on where to go. Sometimes you'll have to lead him to some places or he'll get himself lost.

Rookie likes exploring places all around. So you have to be fast!
